Stir It Up is a song originally composed by Bob Marley and first recorded by his group The Wailers in 1967 and issued as a single that same year through Epic records.
Later, the song was covered by American singer Johnny Nash for his 1972 album I Can See Clearly Now. In 1973, Bob Marley and the Wailers re-recorded the popular version of the song for their album Catch a Fire.
