Bing Crosby – Silent Night MP3 Download
Silent Night is a popular Christmas carol, which was composed in 1818 by Austrian organist Franz Xaver Gruber with its lyrics written by Austrian priest Joseph Mohr.
Over the years however, because the original manuscript had been lost, Mohr‘s name was forgotten and albeit Gruber was known to be the composer, many people assumed the melody was composed by a famous composer, and it was variously attributed to Mozart, Beethoven or Haydn.
